Anatomically Correct Locket

This is the last of the fabric charms for a while—I'm moving on to embroidered cockroaches.

Materials for the locket include a vintage image printed onto iron-on transfer paper, recycled fabric, cord, and cotton stuffing.  All parts of the heart are labled in teensy, tinsy print. What's hidden inside the locket? Only those willing to tear the thing to bits will ever find out.

Unbearable Tension: Still Life with Flowers and Herbs

Happy is the woman who happens to have random assortments of ceramic birds (some salvaged off an old art car), a vintage hand-cranked bingo cage, and a friend who brings over flowers and herbs from her kitchen garden.

The tension? Give the cage a few good cranks, and the birds will be smashed to smithereens.
